WINE MULLING KIT
We are very excited about our new wine mulling kit. The recipe is borrowed from an old European one combining a base of coriander with orange peel, clove and Anise, for an aromatic and fruity flavor.
The kit comprises 3 oz of loose mix, and two oversize tea bags. You can choose whether to use the mix loose in a pan, or to stuff the tea bags with your desired amount of mix and steep in a pot of wine.
Directions (included on label).
For best results, find a wine of lower alchohol by volume (about 12 or 12.5%). We suggest mixing 2 parts of wine to one part of apple cider. Mix in a healthy dollop of honey for sweetening, add J.Crow's® Wine Mulling Mix, and let heat, or simmer (not boil) for approximately 15 minutes.
